With most sellers now being moved to Managed Payments from Paypal, 'chargebacks' appear to be at an all time high, and the problem is becoming more and more prevalent on a daily basis.
Why does ebay, Adyen or whomever else is responsible not support sellers by giving them a chance to present their case to the processors that are initiating the chargebacks on behalf of their customers? It seems ebay/Adyen are complicit in giving any/every payment processor carte blanche to chargeback and the seller has absolutely no recourse.
Ebay really needs to be better about supporting sellers with chargebacks. What do you intend to do about this serious, growing problem?

I have an issue with a return:
eBay charged a return shipping label fee of $22.79, nearly three times the actual cost of shipping.
The package details are:
USPS Priority Mail, Commercial Rate: $8.10
4 lbs
12 x 12 x 8
Going from 11050 to 11231
Why was I charged nearly three times the actual cost for a return shipping label?

Can someone please review this discussion and get a pinned post up on the tech board? This isn't the first time this issue has popped up so I'm hoping eBay can get it sorted out within 24 hours.
Every single one of my listings that renewed today (a large-ish number) has all but vanished.
- The listings cannot be found on my active listings page in Seller Hub
- The listings cannot be found in active eBay search
- My tally under listing promotions has not changed- it shows I have the same store allotment remaining as I did last night. The listing renewals are not being recognized and counted against my available listings.
- The number of active listings displayed on Seller Hub is going down with each of these listings that isn't properly renewing.
- The only place these listings can be found is by going to ebay.com/itm/###### (replace ###### with the item number) and the page shows that it's still a live, active listing.

Hi, Brittanie,
I have been on the phone with customer service as just about an hour ago I deleted 64 listings that I manually ended at once (not in unsold).
All of the information published here and in speaking with customer service states that we can no longer undelete listings that we deleted.
I was notified that I am unable to speak with anyone in the back office in technical support by phone to remedy the issue, even though time is of the essence in retrieving data.
Please let me know how I can resolve this.

The $8.10 would be what you would be charged on Ebay......since you did the label outside ebay, are you sure the correct shipping info was inputted on to their shipping label (since you didn't use it originally)? That would be where they got the info to charge for the return........
