My Store is showing Sold Out-It's NOT! Help!

Breadcrumbs are gone

This was fine as of yesterday. Now they are not at the top of the page. If they are at the bottom, maybe, but the bottom of the page is unreachable due to new items constantly loading. One has no idea where the item is.

My store has international shipping program set up- Buyer in canada unable to purchase -

Buyer in canada trying to buy my item, they get a popup saying unfortunately seller does not ship to your location, which is not correct.. WHat is causing this. Calling ebay is a joke, they have absolutely no idea what to do.

I’m having an issue with my promotion. I currently have a buy 3 get 2 free on movies $24.99 and under, but there are items priced $34.99, $29.99 and even $64.99 that are being offered in the promotional. Does anyone have any idea as to why??
