I did not receive it option disappeared...

So an item that I had ordered had not shown up after 20+ days... it was scheduled to arrive May 21st, and it was May 26th. I had messaged the seller the prior day, and was feeling flustered. I started an "I didn't receive the item..." Support ticket....
