Thanks for your response. I haven’t any way of testing it for silver. I did use some silver cleaner on it and the cloth came up black as coal. I also put it in some warm water and it conducted heat quickly. So I think I the spoons are probably silver...

To my eye, the lamps look like they are “married” pieces, an upside down bowl topped with a bud vase. The aesthetics just seem to be off.

It looks to me like your London mark has a crown on the top which possibly gives an earlier date. I think there is a second letter following the L but I can’t identify it.
