message on selling screen from buyer does not show up in messages nor in my email

my sell screen lists an inquiry from a buyer but when i go to messages that message isn't there. nor did i get an email like usual.and as far asi can tell, there is no way for me to contact this potential buyer.

Hi. I am experiencing a significant delay in page loading times and processing feedback to all sold listings. I am using a PC, cable modem, no internet speed issues, other sites load fine, chrome browser. I cleared the cache and still have issues.
