Java won’t load

After firefox sync, new photos are not there when i want to create a listing on ebay.

When I want to create a listing on ebay and try to add photos, the only ones that come up are the ones I took before the sync. So now I can't add my own photos when creating a listing. What can I do to rectify this?

Return label won’t print

When link to print return label is clicked, it opens a webpage that states, “We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again.”
