Browser Help; Pop Up shipping labels dissapeared

Hi; I was wondering if anyone new how to fix the shipping label pop up window. I am not sure how to do this, when I buy a shipping label, the window used to pop up, and all I would have to do is hit print, now I need to click like 5 buttons to get it to ship. This comes and goes at will, and it happens on all browsers, right now it pops up automatically on chrome, but not of firefox, I preferred browser. does anyone now how to make this work on will, and not a hope and a prayer?

It is possible that an update to Firefox has changed your settings; either to block popups or to change the program used to read PDF files.

It might be worth checking your browser settings. Many printing issues can be fixed by selecting a PDF reader such as Acrobat to open PDF files automatically, rather than relying on a browser plug-in.
