deceptive ads in order details

There seems to be deceptive ads on the order details page stating that I have 5 free offers. ads are made to look like they are part of the ebay website but its a third party ad to get you to sign up for 5 services. why does ebay allow this nonsense?

Feedback not updating, blank page and incorrect order of feedback

Also cannot access feedback when clicking on recent feedback left by customer or when clicking on link that shows total number of feedback.

I'm logged into my account and when I tried to view my feedback, I'm taken to summary page with a link. If I click the link the next page that opens is just white with nothing on it. Is this a glitch or is this the new feedback page?
