Whenever I try to send a new message to someone it is popping up a

Message pages are not loading properly. I will go to the message to
respond and it just sits and spins. So I stop the page from loading and
have to refresh. Sometimes several times.
In addition to my previous message, if you go to the eBay mobile app and
tap on selling the actual listings you are supposed to have, including
the ones that are missing, will show on the "active" tab. On the mobile

Usually this only happens on this scale at the end of February due to a

@brickstin Yes, that is exactly the issue I am having! The longer you
allow the page to stay open the more messages it will send. So, I think
to prevent it from sending so many, close the page right after sending
it. That is all I got right now.
We have had it for about 6+ years and it was a cheap phone, I believe it
is Android 6.0, and it is not able to update past that, so we just
