Im having trouble with the homepage everytime I try to view an item description a new window opens and I cant go back to the home page please help

This might be one reason for some complaints from an OP that s/he had the winning bid but didn't win the auction. What should be called the "Current bid" or "High bid" is being called the "Winning bid" in the bid history.
