Honestly, facebook is just as bad. It seems the bigger the company the less ability they have to run things smoothly. Here is a small list of what has plagued my account these last 6 months. As a note I don't fear a terminator type takeover of the planet when they can't get an AI to not screw up a selling account. It's all automated nowadays and real human barely get to see and make changes, the the AI is dumb as all hell.
1. It all started Jun 05 with my promoted listings just being shut down, I couldn't get more than 1% of total impressions on my promoted account. After a month they finally figured out the cause and I started getting promoted views again but the damage was already done, and my views remained lower than before, impressions and listing view wise.
2. Once the promoted was fixed I keep getting random spike on my external views, I am talking 3-4k when they are normally 3-400. They are supposedly looking into this but it's been a month with no real headway and they aren't responding to my replies. (don't have picture of spike but I have other posts where you can see them, none happened today and yesterdays have been removed, seems that after 24-48 hours the Ai reverts the views to the correct amount.)
3. There is a discrepancy of at least 4-5 items from my notifications to my items needing to be shipped so my late shipment sits at least 1.5% every day. This is was a headscratcher as I couldn't figure out why it was happening, but again the AI thinks there is some items missing every day on my store that is not being shown to me. When I hover over the bell for notifications it shows 10 items need to be shipped but when I click on the ship now or overview/ship items there is only 6 that need to be shipped. Every single day there is the same amount of 4-5 items that for some reason the computer thinks is late yet the items aren't in the ship now so I cannot ship them, I think I shipped them but the computer doesn't seem to figure it out.
I would guess eBay overall, especially in clothing is slow at the moment, but I cannot tell since my store has been horrible since June 05 with all these technical problems. I am sure eBay doesn't care and they can just find a few people to cover what I was selling but if you're a seller, I would not put all my trust into eBay as they haven't given me much reason to think they can fix anything above removing a negative from your account.

Does anyone have similar problems or is it just my account I have had since 98

Mine has done this for years - in fact, I can't remember a time that it's ever been accurate. However, it's never affected my late shipment rate. You're saying that you're shipping everything on time, but your late shipment rate shows 1.5%?

Here are just some of the glitches I've encounter this week.
1. All 304 fixed price postcard listings in my store are enrolled in Seller Hub Promotion - Order Discounts: extra 20% off 3 or more items. However since they have been moved to the new categories, a small number of this listings do not display the promotion. The only way to find out if this is not shown is to look at every listing, which is a slow process. And if I find a listing that does not show the promotion, there is no way to fix it.
2. While looking at some listings last night to see if they contained the promotion, a few resulted in the "We looked everywhere..." error message. Today they were able to be viewed.
3. A buyer of 5 postcards asked why she didn't get the discount. 2 of these postcards did not display the promotion (an eBay error) and 3 did display it, but eBay's invoice contained a discount of $0.00 (another eBay error). I issued the buyer a refund for her overpayment, and now when I search Payments -> All Transactions for that order by Order number 2 results are shown: the original Order and the Refund for Order number. On Orders awaiting shipment this order shows as Partially Refunded. I can mark it as shipped a gazillion times and it remains in the Orders awaiting shipment. Since the buyer was overcharged, that means I was also overcharged final value fees on the amount the buyer was overcharged, including sales tax on same. eBay only issues fee refunds on a full refund, not on a partial refund due to their billing error.
4. Today I took the time to take eBay's feedback survey after viewing the Discussion Board. At the end of the survey is a place to write in additional comments. When I finished, there was an error message and all my input was lost.
5. I have sent 4 emails to SDSupport this week and gotten replies from Structured Data Support that include this statement: "To ensure the fastest response possible, within the current request, please use the 'Reply to all' option." Also there was a link to each request labeled SDS-nnnnn where nnnnn was the request number. When I click this link I get a message "This site can't be reached." When I click on the i in front of the URL it says "Your connect to this site is not secure..."
6. I was charged the $1.00 Gallery Plus fee over 2 days on 9 items though Postcards are listed in Collectibles which provides the Gallery Plus feature for free.
7. I went from 0 listings requiring item specifics to all 305 listings requiring 6 item specifics each. 1 of these 6 is Circulated with 2 values "Yes" or "No". A dictionary definition is: "pass or cause to pass from place to place or person to person." I assume ALL vintage or antique postcards have been circulated, so why even have this item specific? Another of these 6 is Unit of Sale. 99.5% of my listings are for a single postcard. Why even have this item specific? Another is Original/Licensed Reprint. First, I have no way of knowing if a reprint is licensed. Also popular postcards were printed many times. Curt Teich linen postcards have a numbering system that shows the year a particular postcard was first manufactured, but there is no way of knowing the exact year of the postcard being sold. Over time these reprints had changes such as stamp box reflecting different stamp prices, captions originally in caps and later in upper/lower case, captions reworded, objects like cars being updated or clouds being added to the sky. Are these all originals? If reprints, are they licensed? And so it goes, with a few of the Additional Item Specifics even recommending erroneous selections. Examples: A linen postcard is a postcard printed from 1930-1956 with a high rag content, giving its surface a linen appearance. The item specific recommends Material = Linen which is false. The correct choice of material for most postcards is either paper, cardboard, or both, but NOT a fabric like linen. The item specific for Country of Manufacture for a Thanksgiving postcard with a turkey on it is Turkey. I don't believe any Thanksgiving postcard was ever manufactured in Turkey, but the search shows many now have this item specific specified, another error introduced by eBay.

Yes, I agree, there is an astronomical amount of glitches sitewide. My biggest concern would be a glitch that directly affects my seller performance - are you saying that you're shipping everything on time, but your late shipment rate shows 1.5%?
EDIT: NM, responded to wrong person!

I can't speak for your specific glitches but IMHO the whole ebay system is on the verge of collapse.
I have problems making invoices, getting reports, indicating items sent, adding tracking numbers, the amount of buyers who can't pay or get their payments through is growing each day, the estimated arrival dates are pure fanatsy, customer service staff that has never even heard of managed payments, getting rid of paypal, seller requirements and the soaring rise of fraudulent buyers,....
I used to like ebay, now there is no way in xxxx that I would ever recommend someone to use it. I no longer even buy anything privately anymore. Ebay is really being wasted by constant mismanagement
