Can't buy anything on my ebay account error comes up telling me to reload but won't reload when I try........... so annoying I have five items to bid on but are not able to do so

Started Tues 21st June - cannot view listings. Error hhp Error 502 instruction to reload page but still unable to view.

None of my stuff is being listed i have calledand its been 3 months

Anytime i search for items, clicking any item, trying to view its page, brings up error, page not working, http error 502. Reloading page doesnt work. Started this afternoon, midwest area, 3:45pm timeframe for me.

Not loading item listings.

When I am signed into eBay it will not load item listings it just pods a blank white page. If I am not signed in it will load listing like normal?

Zip code invalid for Spain

At https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile I'm trying to change my address from the old one in the UK to a new one in Spain. eBay doesn't let me do that, because it erroneously thinks my Spanish zip code is invalid. I'm 100% sure it is correct.
