Manage Q&A for buyers page not working

I am trying to edit the Manage Q&A for buyers page. Every time I click submit I get the error message Must Add Valid Phone Number -- even when I do enter my phone number. I am not required to share phone number, so why is this error happening?

Resolved! unable to turn off promoted listing

I keep trying to turn off promoted listings in the hope that this will stop my listings being hidden and my sales from tanking. Nothing seems to be working, and they won't let me turn it off. Please help
