This happened to me years ago, but was a negative and ebay refused to
remove it, but I swear somewhere now it says if a buyer cancels a sale,
that they cannot leave FB or it will be removed.
Auto relist or not, you will pay for the relisted item. Whether you
manually relist or sell similar or it's done automatically, it counts as
one of your 250.
