"Used" Search Filter Not Working

For the last 3 days, every time I check the Used box in the filter, it shows 0 results even though there are numerous used items shown when not filtered. I have tried 3 different browsers and the mobile app, and it doesn't work on any of them.

Can't Access Store from Icon Red Banner Error Message

When I click on the door icon for my store the only thing that comes up is a red banner that reads: "Sorry, this store was not found." Hopefully, just a temporary issue? Also, have had intermittent issues with photos not loading.
