Carrier Specific Discounts Not Being Applied

I have shipping preferences set to offer carrier specific discounts for USPS, but the vast majority of my listings still show retail pricing. Made this change several days ago. All the listings should have updated within 24 hours. Any fix for this?

Unable to edit/update listings with variants.

My profile is not offering or buying
