Can Not Create or Revise Listings

The Create Listing page and also revise listing page will not load for me. There are very pale shadowy gray boxes which blink softly, but nothing more shows. Everything else seems to be OK, and other websites load well for me.

item quantities changed by itself

all my listings quantities are changed by itself overnight! i did not make the changes how can it be happened? is it a bug?

Ebay making up own shipping policy on listing!!!!

Turning on Completed Listing filter expands item location search to 'Worldwide'

This happens now, just started recently. If you click check 'Completed Items' on a UK search, it will show you all completed items for that search worldwide. Clicking a filter should activate only that filter.
