saved searches not loading to personal email

saved searches not loading to personal email. Was working fine till 5 days ago. Ebay keeps telling me to change to html in communication preferences but don't see that option. I see option for text only.

WHY???

Ebay your new layout sucks!! Why do you have to change everything every 6 months. I don't understand. If it ain't broke right?
