Trying to refund since Friday. Tried 30,40 times, I really don't know by
now. 48 minutes with EBay customer service on the phone and the issue is
not fixed. Have funds on hold that Ebay uses that are enough to refund,
Cleaned cache, tried other 2 dif...
After creating a post on 06/06 about this issue, this is still going on.
This is happening in all the listings I have the possiblity of sending
offers. No matter if they're listed today or before. Any prediction of

I m not able to do any kinds of refunds since at least 20/06/25. I have
refunds to make for combined shipping and I m not able to do any, not on
the items bought today or days ago. I have 19.88€ in my account and I'm

I believe cd's and all information media are exempt from this as per
IEEPA(International Emergency Economic Powers Act) and 50 USC 1702(b)You

Does anyone know if the flat 80-200 fee will affect antiques or US
returned goods? They have 0% duties by US law. I'm an Europe based
seller that sells many antique(100+ years) ephemera to the US I would
love to know with a 100% certainty if antiques...
