secure connection failing cannot access eBay site

Printing 2 Per Page on 8.5 x11 when its set up for 4X6

Is anyone having issues with ebay printing 4x6 labels? I can print single labels on ebay and bulk labels on every other platform. But when I go to bulk ship on ebay they print out two per sheet on an 8x11 even though I have it set up for 4x6 on ebay....
