Resolved! Only USPS available for printing shipping label - UPS and Fedex greyed out - please fix!

I sold an item today where the buyer requested UPS, which makes sense as the package is 31" long. I can't print a UPS label on eBay - all greyed out. Only option is USPS, which is outrageously expensive.
