I run a shipping discount promotion year-round and today it stopped
working. It's supposed to be "Buy 3 or More and get FREE SHIPPING" but
is making my customers pay for shipping even though they've met the
minimum. Is that promotion not working righ...
I'm an Anchor Store and am supposed to receive a $25 quarterly credit
for promoted listings, but when I looked at my invoice for last month I
see the fees for the promoted listings BUT NO CREDIT. Anybody else have
this happen to them? Ryan========
devon@ebay, I'm experiencing the same issue (free promotional shipping
is not being defaulted to). I've had to refund 10 customers so far.

It was the website. I changed the promotion up a bit last night (price
threshold instead of quantity threshold) and the checkout page started
showing an option for Free Shipping but it didn't default to it. I guess

That's interesting. When I test out my cart using a different account,
I'm given no option for choosing 'Free Promotional Shipping'. It just
gives me a shipping charge even though it says that I qualified for Free
