Can not see pictures

Sometimes pictures show and then other times just description in picture areas. All listings affected. Have cleared data, cache..... same issue. No problem on any other app or websites.

Resolved! Profile Picture

Is there a Template or App to get the Profile Picture to fit within the confines of the circle? It looks centered but when I reopen eBay then the picture is out of bounds or no longer centered.
