Why is shipping listed as available but NOBODY CAN SHIP ANYTHING

In case you need more messages....please give us an update on what is going on and when we can expect to be able to use shipping? or keep telling us everything is working fine when it isnt

Not a good time of the year for these technical issues to be occuring , I see many people have issues with this as well hopefully it gets resolved soon.
