the envelope icon to forward a listing is not working

Bid history is blank when more than one bid is placed.

I noticed the last few days that if there is one bidder on one of the items I am selling, it shows me the bidder name.If there are more than one bid (2, 3 ect..) the bid history is blank.Example:http://www.ebay.com/bfl/viewbids/332255079565?item=3322...

Can't revise listings and add make offer option

I am unable to add the "make offer" option when I revise my listings. The option isn't even there. It automatically adds the option with my new listings but is unavailable for items I've already listed.

Promoted Listing Showing Before Regular Listing in Search Results Again

I thought this had been fixed. It seems it is back. I thought I would try to give Promoted Listings another try, since sales have been so awful lately and then I see this. I just can't get a break on here anymore.

Creating A Listing, System Keeps Getting Stuck

Tried several times to create a listing, keep having different problems. All required info. is filled in, and there's no Oops message. Previews don't include photos, gets stuck in save mode, right now it's stuck in generating a preview.
