eBay Messages - Exposed HTML Code

Anybody else having this issue today? Viewing eBay message between buyer and seller via e-mail. Has history of 2-3 back and forths, the first and maybe second messages in the history are showing exposed HTML coding while the new message is fine.

Item I won is showing as "I missed out".

I won an auction 15 minutes ago now, and it's as though I haven't won it. Not showing as won, just that I missed out. No notifications, no email, nothing. My user ID is clearly the high bidder though.
