Return options checkboxes greyed out - not possible to list anything

When I click the eBay Bucks link all it does is refresh the page. Its not working. Also, for the Views/Watchers column it's been showing dashes with zeros underneath, off and on for weeks.

Every single article in the customer service section of the site seems to be error 500 for me, is this the same for anyone else? I would REALLY like to find out why i cant sell anything but appearently its impossible to do your own research.
