The payment shows up in your paypal account, but there is a (hard to
find) notation about it being held. It is hard to find the sale in ebay.
It doesn't show up in your awaiting shipment list. I ended up finding
it--maybe awaiting payment?
There might be a hold on the buyer's payment via Paypal. Happens maybe
once a year to me. It has always gone through, usually 2-3 days. Don't
ship until it says ok to ship in ebay.
