PROMOTION Expiring 6 days prior to expiration date

Newest Promotion offer from Ebay, recieved May 11th, says it expires May 17th. When I press activate I get a messege from EBAY, telling me this promotion has expired.

Ebay Website Down

Ebay's website was down for me for about 15 minutes, all other websites working. Cleared Cache, still down. Check down status and a lot of people complaining with issues.

can't log in times out

what's up hard enough to get sales these days and now I can't log in if I can't neither can a buyer. They expect a lot from sellers but don't help us at all besides lining there pockets with there high fees
