What the heck! After many years and 100% postive feedback I cannot list ANY type of sale or promotion!!! This is how I draw buyers and make sales! Did Ebay forget this is a SALES PLATFORM!

How long before Ebay will release the funds they subtracted from my Paypal account. Item was confirmed delivered.
