I just won a dvd. My GA tax is 7%. The invoice is coming up with 8.1%.
The total cost of the item is $9.25 that is including shipping. The item
is in New York I am in Georgia. How can I fix this? Is it the Seller?

I had this happen to me before, but I called Ebay right away. I know a
lot of people say they have a lot of problems getting to talk to them,
but so far I have not.
I read all of your post, and I understood exactly what you were saying.
I see that a lot of Poster's are not reading or getting your point. Or
they don't want to.
