Resolved! Unable to change default sort order of store inventory

Hello: For months now, I have been unable to change the default sort order of my eBay store. I want to change it from highest priced to newly listed and it will not change. Does anyone else have a solution or is it a glitch that needs to be fixed?

Believe it or not, a football jersey is not a cup.
