Video getting rejected

Resolved! TRANSACTION Reports won't download
No problems with Financial & Tax Statements, but the Transaction Reports will not download which has never happened to me before.I refreshed page and even created another one to no avail.

Not receiving any emails from ebay
I have sold an item on e bay but was not emailed to advise me that item had been sold. I have checked my account and details of my email address are correct. ??
Can't search by item #.
I could search by item # but now no results display. The only way to locate items by item # is by going to the listings tab and searching there. I have always been able to search by item # in the standard search bar.
Not receiving email confirmation from EBay
