JULY 9, 2018 STILL NO VIEWS/WATCHERS COUNT AFTER 3 WEEKS OF NOT FIXING PROBLEM!

I called Ebay 3 weeks ago about this problem, was assured they would have it resolved in 2 weeks!Still not getting any count on views/watchers tab.Hire some tech gurus to fix this ongoing problem! Impacting listings!!!!!
