Back in October a buyer in Peru bought an item for me, which now after 45 days they claim has not arrived. The item was low value, so I naturally sent it with no tracking (I am UK based), hence my only options are to give a full refund, including shipping. However, when I try to process the refund on ebay, it firstly takes me to the Spanish version of ebay, which I then need to translate (ebay helpfully has a translate button, but do I really need to be taken to the ebay.es site?). Then when I have the options translated and hit the "Refund Buyer" button, I end up in a constant loop where I am offered the option to refund the buyer again and again, but I cannot actually issue a refund. Yet again I as the seller am left spending my time, effort and patience trying to carry out a simple task because of sub standard programming and testing. Any ideas how I can resolve this before I am black marked by ebay? Thanks
