Resolved! Unable to generate shipping label to Puerto Rico

We are getting an error message saying unable to generate label using ebay shipping. This being for a small parcel to Puerto Rico. All other labels printed out without any issue. Anyone else having this problem?

Seller Reminders state I have one item left to ship and one for which I need to leave feedback. However, all items I have sold show as shipped and there is tracking info, as well as there is no purchase for me to leave feedback for when I checked.
