I have bought two items since this weekend and each time, after the seller messaged me asking a question - I responded. I received an email to my inbox & my messages page shows I responded. Hours later or the next day, they'd follow up with the same questions.
I've received a notice from eBay that sellers are currently having issues but is this what they mean? Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot?
