There it sits in; "Awaiting Shipment - print shipping label", yet package has already been shipped and dropped off at UPS with an eBay generated shipping label.
Just one blunder after another. Yesterday eBay messages dissolved onto thin air and now this.

Hi all, we have received an update to this from our shipping team:
"There was a technical issue on Friday impacting tracking upload and accurate status for UPS labels from 11 am PST until 5:00 pm PST. This issue has now been resolved and tracking status for all labels has been backfilled and tracking numbers can be successfully added to all orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue caused."

I have the same problem. When I try to manually add the tracking #, it says the tracking # is already used by another seller.

Yeah I just tried that and got the same message as you. The incompetence by eBays programmers is astounding.

Seems to be specific to UPS. I just processed 7 USPS labels and the orders for those all updated fine...

It's an ebay thing. I just processed another UPS label and it cleared out of Awaiting Shipment yet the one from this morning is still there.
