how to report this seller this seller he is  sell fake key and sell outside eBay and avoid fees policies and add link in picture to send trafic outsid ebay

i try but ebay just remove the item and the seller relist the item

Note @eburtonlab's instructions. "Every eBay listing has a "report item" link in the body of the description." Report the relist.
