Quantity Available Missing on Listings

The quantities available are missing on the listings.  I sell fabric by the yard & quantity available is very important.  It's missing on the listing view & also on the listing page when it sells.  Please fix it!

I'm not having problems with visibility to quantity on listings or on orders page.

Can you post a screenshot and also provide more info such as app or website, which browser, link to page where it's missing, etc?

If you still do not see quantities in your listings, try viewing the same listings in another browser. If the quantity is shown in another browser, try clearing cache in the original browser and manually deleting just your eBay cookies.

I am having the same issue of quantity not showing up, something that just started last night.  While I normally use Mozilla/Firefox, I tested it in Microsoft Edge, and the quantity does not show up on the listing page there, either.  The correct quantity DOES show up in my inventory view (manage active listings?). By way of example, I have 7 sets listed on this one, yet it only shows one.

The last 2 new listings I did yesterday have the same technical issue.  Before reporting it directly, I figured I would come here to see if others were experiencing the same problem.

I see the quantity shown in the listing you linked: you have seven left at the moment. So eBay is still providing the information, you may just not be seeing it displayed correctly for some reason at your end.

If you are not seeing quantity displayed, and if holding the shift key down and refreshing the page does not help, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies and see if that allows you to see the quantity again.

Thank you SO MUCH for the help! Can you tell me what browser you are using that enabled you to see the correct quantity? I did a hard refresh (several times) along the way, and deleted all eBay cookies and cache and checked for any updates and still am unable to view the correct quantity.  I don't profess to be a computer expert, but this is driving me crazy as to what might be causing it.  Definitely open to suggestions from anyone and everyone!  Thanks again!

P.S. I have discovered I have unable to view the correct quantity on ALL of my listings, so it's definitely me that is the problem (shhh...don't tell anyone I'm such a problem! lol)

Can you tell me what browser you are using that enabled you to see the correct quantity?

I am using the latest version of Firefox, but I get similar results in other browsers including Edge and Brave using your link.

At one point last week I did notice an issue seeing quantity remaining in at least one browser (I forget which), but the quantity displayed correctly after manually deleting just my eBay cookies in that browser.

For users that do not notice or do not specifically erase their eBay cookies themselves, the cookies will likely wind up being updated by the browser at some point automatically even without explicit action being taken.

When the quantity remaining was not showing for me, I do not recall any other apparent layout changes aside from the missing number.

That does not entirely rule out a change or a test on eBay's part though.

Thanks for the screenshot. This problem came up last year and kyle@ebay filed a tech ticket with the product team to get it resolved. Because there are a few people reporting, I've tagged him in.

I also encourage anybody experiencing this that cannot resolve the issue by deleting their cookies/cache and rebooting to click the ? icon on the lower right corner of the listing page to report the problem of "available quantity missing from listing" @carmurr @pacificscentworks @final-bid-wins 

I'm editing my post to add a screenshot of the process when you click the ? icon to report a tech issue. It's so fast and easy; fill out the comments box, click "shopping" since this is a buying problem, then click submit.

eBay does look at how many users are reporting the same problem. They are more likely to act when the volume of reports goes up.

Edit update: Well, duh, I just realized that the screenshot I posted was of a different listing, where I have 64 listed, yet it is only showing me 1.  Sorry for the confusion.  Here is a link to that listing.
