Hello

The INR (Item not received) seller performance is not updating in https://export.dashboard.ebay.com/

There is an error message: "Sorry! The seller performance data will not be available this week." since the beginning of the month.

We should have received an updated evaluation of INR rates in WIndow 1 and Window 2 on the 11th of February (3 days ago) but nothing has happened.

Problem is we are facing  a difficult situation because our capacity to sell has been blocked since the beginning of the month and eBay payments are also suspended with our money blocked due to too high INR rate in December (our transporter had an issue when they started to use a different subcontractor for deliveries in Germany, Spain and Italy).

The page still shows the next evaluation to be on the 11th of February (3 days ago) but it didn't happen, and if it happened all the INR rates on that day's evaluation would be back to normal and our account's selling capacity and payments services should have been restored.

Please solve this!

Interesting. Since when did they block your sales and payments? 

Did you manage to get some info from eBay about when they will fix the error? Or any other info about when your account will be unrestricted?

I tried to contact them through all the channels and still haven't got a reply on the topic, all the customer support I talked with said it's another team who deals with it and they can't do nothing except sending them an email. But I never get a reply on the topic, only automated replies I'll get an answer within 72 hours (never happened, first contact was 2 weeks ago).

Since the last assessment date of January 27...
everything should have been according to plan and I was waiting for recalculation, but it didn’t happen
I see exactly the same error, unfortunately, specifically for this error I did not receive any data from the help service

I can't wait that they solve it!!

It is super annoying to have all the sales and payments suspended and they don't seem to do anything about it.

I contacted them more than 10 times through all channels (customer support via email, chat, phone, facebook, twitter, account manager, etc...) and the best answer I got was that the people who do customer support can't do anything about it, that they will email the team who deals with this specific issue (ebay sellers can't call or email these people directly). 

No reply for more than 2 weeks.

It used to be possible to call ebay customer service in the USA and they would provide faster solution for complex situations but this was stopped years ago.

Wow, eBay is dying indeed. Having the same problem. But for sellers from USA - INR statistics are just for recommendations.... not blocking them. Seems that eBay forcing out foreign sellers from the market. This is illegal action. These INR metrics - is just for killing foreign sellers - 1 INR of 100 sales (1-2% market average????? - are you kidding?) - and selling is restricted...........  To laugh, or to cry??..............  How many sellers were forced out already?

If this situation will be noticed by major investors / owners of eBay - how many staff members will be fired out due to such behavior? What impact will be on eBay stock prices? (...)

And they completely removed direct contact options....... what??????????

And how they counting percentages: 1 INR of 42 transactions counted as 2,4%.. Let's do simple math: 42 / 100% = 0,42% for one INR. So, 1 INR * 0,42% = 0,42%, which is not equal to 2,4%. What is an IQ of this system or programmers?? What's going on here??

And do not forget, that if it was one packet with multiple items inside (the same buyer bought many different items) - let's say 10 items - in case of INR - it would be counted as 10 INR....

Total absurd, eBay reputation is really in danger now.

I am also quite angry and frustrated at this situation... been trading for many years on eBay providing good products at good prices with the best service I can, and they don't even reply to our messages when we need help for obvious errors in their system.

I'm also facing a tough financial situation as a result of this and this is really crazy. I hope someone there wakes up and solves it soon...

Still the INR evaluation hasn't updated (shows next evaluation on the 11th of February and we are the 19th of February...)

Currently I have the same problem with BBE, has you problem been solved? Should I wait or just run out with my current earnings?
