FWIW, I wanted to update/report that this particular problem has been
fixed for me! Thanks again to the kind souls who pitched in to
help.......and, of course, to eBay who fixed it!

For me, the quantity is missing when viewing on my computer (classic web
is the term now?). When I view my listings using the phone app, it
displays the correct quantity.
