Problem with messages

When I click on messages it returns a page saying "Its not you its us - our server is down"

Been this way since last night

Using a desktop browser, the eBay Messages page is currently not reachable.

The message inbox can be reached, and messages can be read using a mobile browser in mobile or classic mode, or by using the eBay app.

@eburtonlab  messages come up on my MAC desktop using Firefox, but not on Safari.

I am wondering if it has anything to do with me opting into the New Messaging system from desktop Safari?

bc i did not opt in from chromebook or desktop firefox and those work fine.

This is a HUGE issue!  I can't communicate with my buyers!  I have one right now that I'm trying to solve a problem with and I can't get through!  It's been like this since LAST NIGHT!!  FIX IT!

well as I shut down my PC last night there was a windows up date... thats the cause......  sucks loosing money not able to contact customers.

If you have eBay messages forwarded to an email inbox, you can read or reply via email.

You can also read and reply to your Messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.
