No "new" option available under condition when listing or relisting item cannot list items

Anyone having this problem? I go to relist or list an item and only have" used" as an option under "condition" and the item gets an error or just says "saving" when I try to submit. Has been this was for a day now, had chat with ebay twice but no solutions. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried 'sell similar'? it's what i use w/o problems. i am on a desktop Mac using Safari.

No that doesn't work either I think the problem is that ebay has tweaked the system where "Trading Card Singles"  can only be listed as "used" when in fact what I have is new.

yes, that's what happened........they consider when a "deck" is broken open, the cards become used and that's what you have to use......

I'm having the same problem.  Try to list an item and it just gets stuck in "saving" for long period of time.  Must be another glitch in the Ebay system.  The tech issues with Ebay are getting ridiculous!
