Email Marketing - broken links keep going to old environment

See the picture; every link I try I land on the old email-marketing page. I've landed on the new one once; made a newsletter but I cannot see it anymore. Worse, the old version of newsletters is BROKEN.....This is where I gothis is where I landMain message NOT working
