My store apparently "does not exist," yet again. So this also happened to me a bout a month ago...due to some ebay glitch. It disappeared and then came back after 24 hours. I have a premium store on autorenewal. I was able to acces my store earlier today but now my store has now just disappeared....AGAIN. What's scary this time is that it's saying I don't even have a subscription, which I do. Last time it disapeared at least my store showed up in my subscriptions and I was still able to use my free store listings.... now there is nothing... no sign I ever had a store.... I'm afraid that I will have to start all over again.... And I'm certainly not going to pay for listings when I have 1,000 that are supposed to be free. Did this happen to anyone else? I'm starting to get really irritated that I'm paying good money for a store that keeps popping in and out of existence.

However, one of my buyers just mentioned to me that she couldn't pay for her best offer item, the system wont let her...(I told her to wait a while and try again, that it's a Glitch) .. that's an issue!!

I found my store this morning. Apparently my U.S. store is now in Germany. Earlier it was in France. Fingers crossed that it makes it way back to the United States sometime this month.

No, my store is still gone...and I haven't heard any update on the matter from ebay. It's very frustrating...and if I want to list anything in the meantime I'm going to have pay insertion fees

And it's really gone, I have the actual link saved as a bookmark, when I go to it, it says store does not exist. And I'm not showing up as being subscribed to it, because eBay cancelled it...Even though I'm paid up to May 15th... and I actually paid just under $100 in store subscription fees last month...and they even charged me like $8 for selling manager pro....even though its supposed to be free with a premium store. I'm going to have to call again.... I'm getting really, really frustrated and scared I might have to start all over again due to eBay's negligence.

As of 10:00 am PDT this morning, my premium store still has not returned. Still shows only 50 free listings and no store subscription. Sales record no longer show up (I would print for my records). Inventory gone (where I stored my seasonal listings). I tried going into one of my listings and clicked on show other items and it did show some of my store catagories, but some items are showing up in Ebay catagories I did not put them in. I had printed out a list of what I had in woman's dresses 2 days ago and when I looked this morning, my cafton gowns were now in the dress catagory. I changed the 3 I found and I hope this doesn't happen to anymore items.

Ok, called customer service...they said that there was a work around to the problem and also that the expected fix date to the issue was July 31st!!!! She said I could resubscribe to the store and that should bring my store back as it was. I resubscribed (of course charged another $60 which will have to get credited off) and my store door showed up and my free listings, but when I went to my store it still did "not exist." I was on the phone a really long time... so I just checked my store again (at least an hour later) and it is back!!!!! I don't know if that's because of the work around in resubscribing to the store, or if the meantime the issue was fixed.... but either way my store is back 🙂

I also had eBay call me. Richard said it was because the price of the increase in May.
i corrected him saying an update had caused the problem for hundreds of stores.
His solution was to resubscribe. Now I have a Store Doot, but no Store and a charge for a store that was already paid for through May 15, 2018. I wish I continued to read this thread before calling CS, they strike again, now there are probaly hundreds of us with an extra store subscription and no store.
To add insult to injury, i have had 2 emails asking why I am no longer selling on eBay. These are repeat customers who use my store to buy. Sales Lost!
Alan, when you come back with an update, you should also offer compensation.

@a1robotrepair My store showed up about an hour-hour and half after I resubscribed....I don't know when you did yours but try checking it in a little bit. I agree we need some kind of compensation, I told the CSR I want a month free. I don't know if they will actually give it to me as I have to wait for a phone call back from a manager, but if ebay has any sense of good customer service, they should. They should give everyone thats affected a month free and we shouldn't have to ask for it.... but knowing eBay they probably won't.

I've had a couple of customers also ask what happened to my store. Thing is with over 1000 listings it was so easy for customers to go to the store category to look at things and now nada. Most people aren't going to look through 1000+ listings (sigh).
I've talked to eBay personnel twice now and they told me to hold off on a new store if I could since it is becoming more and more of a major problem that needs to be addressed. I'm going to give them until Monday. In the meantime I was promised that all listings fees that I'm currently incurring will be credited.
I do agree that further compensation should be made. To start a new store from scratch with categories and then getting listings to reflect those categories will be quite a few hours to do.
