I have tried for three days now to edit and save a listing to no avail. Is there a problem as I was able to save for a later date 50 listings, now I can even create one listing to save.

There is a glitch with the templates and eBay is working on the problem. Yesterday they said they hoped to have it fixed within 24 to 48 hours.

I have just discovered something. I just switched to the new lister Ebay has to try it out and now I can revise my templates. Revising listings with the Classic lister is not working...

I am having the same issue. I even tried to use a different internet browser and a different laptop thinking maybe it had something to do with those. Unfortunately, I am still having the same issue.

there is supposedly a ticket open on it.
you can add your name to the case if you want. the easiest way to contact them is though the EBay facebook page. Just sent them a message stating your issue and include your name, zip code and email address that is associated with your account.

Thank you. No problem with updating templates using the new lister. With all the different answers we are getting from eBay Tech, I have a feeling it is not really going to be fixed in order to use the templates.

yeah, looks like. I tried using the new lister yesterday and I am not crazy about it. It has a lot of extra steps...

I have resolved the issue by changing to a new category and filling in all required fields such as "Type".
