I can't seem to edit a current template or add a new template. I update
the changes that are needed and then when I hit save, it just keeps
spinning. I tried rebooting. I tried using Google Chrome and Edge. Is
there a glitch somewhere?

Thank you. No problem with updating templates using the new lister. With
all the different answers we are getting from eBay Tech, I have a
feeling it is not really going to be fixed in order to use the
templates.
A lot of people are having the template problem of not saving (see Share
eBay Technical Issues). Yesterday, when I called, the guy said they were
working on the problem and it should be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. Hmmm -
wonder if they are really workin...
