I can not print nor see my sold items

Hello Pleas help. I am having trouble printing. I have a few sales but unable to see the items so I can ship. I can see them when I use my phone but not on any laptop. I tried using a different laptop I still can not see it only on the phone. Thank you in advance

Have you tried different browsers on your laptop?  Sometimes the browser needs updating or goes out of synch with ebay........

You are not having trouble with actual printing from what you are saying, but having problems with sold items not showing up on whatever sold page you are using (which you didn't indicate)

Thank you. The 1st and  2nd link worked. When I sign and click on orders the pageis blank even though I have orders. Which causing me not able to print. I have to log on paypal to see the sale items and also print.

Yes I did try that and a different laptop. A friend of mine use the same laptop today and was able to see her order list.

Sure thing.

You must be using Seller Hub Orders page and using the new version of it that most use. Others have reported it is doing that lately - showing no orders.

Nope. eBay needs to fix whatever is broken.

Or it may be a browser related issue since not many are complaining - which might lead me to believe your are using Edge browser? Or Safari?

Opting out of the new Seller Hub Orders view and using the old one is an option, but that is a one-way change - if you want to go back to the new Orders page you have to post in the request thread on the boards here or call eBay CS.

The second link I gave you is the old SH orders page - that's what it looks like, and what I use when I'm not using the classic My eBay page in the first link. If you opt out of the new Orders view, you won't even be able to load it via a bookmark (it will throw an "uhoh" error if you try), so consider carefully before opting out if you decide to do so.

For now, maybe just bookmark the links I gave you and use them until eBay gets the new SH orders page fixed (or we figure out that it is a specific browser problem, in which case trying another browser might be an option)

Okay thank you. I am using chrome. I will use the links you sent for now until it is fix. I tried other browser and different laptop and still do no work. For some reason it works on my phone.

I had to call eBay and have them reset it for me. I'd recent done a Windows 10 update. It was working just fine even after that update. But soon after, I could no longer see sold items and I still cannot leave feedback on sold items unless I click on each item and manually go in to leave the feedback. I cannot leave a "bulk feedback" or anything.

Anyway, call ebay. They will ask you to close out and then go back in. I'm not sure what happened but it's not very user friendly at the moment.

I just haven't had the time to call them back and ask why I cannot leave feedback.

Thank you for these links. The 2nd link (old) does not allow leaving feedback, etc. I don't know why anything had to change. It was working just fine. Even with this link, I still cannot access certain things from my seller dashboard overview page. 

I don't recall any announcement of big changes. Maybe I missed it.

Weren't any I'm aware of. just a few sellers reporting that the SH Orders page was blank and broken (maybe you were one of then I saw). I suspect they tinkered and broke something for some accounts/sellers/browsers/something (I say some because there would definitely be more howling if it was broken for all using the new SH Orders page).

Pretty sure the old SH orders page (2nd link) allows leaving feedback from the left dropdown but can't recall or test (I have no orders I haven't left feedback for, and I never really use that page so can't remember if it does normally have that option but it is removed once feedback is left).

You can leave feedback using the top "Other Action" dropdown though. Have to select one or more and then do it. It's the old Selling Manager feedback interface which I never liked, but YMMV. (when I tried it with a couple it looped back to the orders page - but again, that may be because I already left feedback for all of them)

Using same browser on same machine/device, using the new seller hub orders page, sold items are appearing normally in one account but not another?

Anything else of note different other than different accounts?

If above is the case, sure sounds like an account related issue, not a browser related issue.

We've tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and even Safari on iOS all with same result. We have tried the same machine and different machines and also different internet. At first it was only affecting the "Print shipping labels and invoice" page. I tried opting out of seller hub and opting back in but now the orders page is blank. We can see orders if we use the link that was posted above.
