I can not print nor see my sold items

Hello Pleas help. I am having trouble printing. I have a few sales but unable to see the items so I can ship. I can see them when I use my phone but not on any laptop. I tried using a different laptop I still can not see it only on the phone. Thank you in advance

That definitely sounds like that account has a pox upon it.

Do you have the option to opt out of the new SH orders page (link on the upper right of page) and go back to the classic Selling Manager like orders page as the default (the second link above is that page)?

All I can think of. A few others seem to be having your problem with the SH orders page, but I doubt it's a high priority for a fix, so working around it using the old SH orders page might be the only option for now (if you opt out you have to request to be put back on the new orders page - just be aware)

I have the same problem also. I was given a link which is an old sell hub which works fine for me. Thank you for helper me.

You bet. Glad you are back on track and the simple link change worked for you.

Wish I could figure out what is happening to some of the others here - their problems with blank Seller Hub orders and feedback pages are a puzzler.

 Unfortunately there is no option to opt out. I attached a screenshot of what the page looks like. As you can see the order page is completely blank. Our "star" is missing and we do not have 144 open orders.

Pretty sure from what is shown there that is the old classic Seller Hub Orders page - basically the old Selling Manager interface, and the one I use (IIRC the new orders view looks nothing like that)

There is no opt out of that - it is the fallback. The opt out is (was?) from the new (awful) SH Orders Page to go back to that classic view.

To try the new view you would have to call eBay or put a request in this thread

We were originally just having trouble with the "print invoice/packing slip" page. At that time we had an opt out button in the top right. After doing that I had the ability to opt back in which only seemed to make it worse.

 

I don't know if it helps at all but I attached an image of our other store. I am not sure what version of the SH that is, but we have the ability to opt out and switch to classic view. Sensitive info is blurred, but you get the idea.

 

I replied to the thread you linked so hopefully that works out.

 

The "all orders" page is also blank. "Active listings" is completely normal.

That's the new page. So maybe getting the troubled account back onto the new view will do the trick.

(still doesn't explain why YOU are having trouble with the old page, but as long as you get back to being able to leave feedback efficiently that's what matters)

If you don't get switched back in the next few days and/or don't see a response from brian.t in that thread, you might want to tag him with the @ prefix as others did to get his attention (I assume he monitors that thread but you never know)

So we were opted into the new page and we can now see our open orders. We still can't view the "Print shipping labels or invoices" page, so we are basically back to what we were at before. It is definitely better than it was though. I attached a screenshot of our "Print shipping labels or invoices" page.

I don't know what that page is with out a URL or part of a URL. New Bulk shipping label flow? Does the URL begin like this https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk?t=283123456789-191123... ?

If opted/forced into the new label flow, you can jump to the classic bulk flow from those pages.

If you are saying that you select orders from the orders page, go to print bulk labels, and end up on a blank new bulk label page, then the method in the following post might help. Try the URL edit procedure I outline there once and see if that does the trick.

(If that works for you I can lash up a small bookmarklet that will, when clicked on the blank label page, redirect you to the classic bulk label page the same way the manual URL editing does. Or you could use Redirector addon with a simple rule)

That's the classic bulk label/invoice page. And it's blank for you?

Not sure what the problem is, or where to go from here.

 

Maybe the new bulk flow will work for you, but it looks like you haven't been opted in to it. I don't know if that is something you can request or not, but might be worth a shot (although you may not like it even if it does work)

What you could try for now is to manually jump to the new flow by fiddling with a URL to see if it works. Basic idea is similar to what I outlined in that thread I referenced above, just the opposite.

What you want to do is take the URL you just showed me (where the page ends up blank),

and make it look like this:

So when you land on that blank page, replace

at the beginning of the URL with

https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk?t=

and replace the trailing

&transactionId=

with just

and see what happens.

 

If that works then I can probably lash up a bookmarklet to make fixing up the URLS easier (you'd click the bookmarklet when you land on the blank page).

So I tried messing with the URLs you gave, but nothing seemed to work, however I believe I was able to fix it. I checked with our other account to see what their URLs looked like and they looked like:

 

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

 

I simply copied that and pasted it while signed into the broken account. I was then prompted to opt into Seller Hub(even though we already were) and everything magically works including open orders and the invoice printing. I updated my bookmarks with that above link and have had no issues.

 

We really appreciate your help in resolving this headache.

Glad you were able to tease out a path to something that works from all this. grin

(that's why I focus on the specifics - like URLS and browser versions, etc - because often, at some point, somebody says" Oh. I see now. If I turn this knob left 3 notches...." )


I'm not sure if your experience here maybe provides a work around path for others having issues with Seller Hub viewing orders, and other similar problems - somehow (glitch) they recently became only halfway opted into Seller Hub, and if they can somehow opt out (call CS?) they can opt back in with a fresh working start?
