Here we go again. As of tonight, when you try to attach an image to a Email responding to a message through Ebay Messages, you get a "Server Error" when you try to attach a pic. I had a whole host of problems loading auctions yesterday with the system not loading the pics stored on Ebay's own site. When is Ebay going to move from the 1880's into the 2000's with a system that can do rudimentary processes like transfer pics properly that are a required necessity for auctions on their own site? The person that runs the IT department should be fired as there are constant, daily, problems with Ebay's system for the last 9 months, that other sites systems, performing the same functions, never seem to have.

I have tagged 2 of the ebay community Team to this discussion, that will at least get them to look at this and hopefully find out for us.

A workaround I have found that works, although it's a bit of a pita, is to send the photos from their homepage. Click on "Contact", and you can send more than the 5 photos that are allowed in My ebay: Messages.

Hi, is there a way eBay can let their customer service agents know of these issues when it's confirmed there is a technical issue?
I have customer service agents telling me to clear my cache and history, which does make sense as a first step. But it would really help us as sellers to know that there is actual a technical glitch going on with eBay's photo servers instead of having us go in circles clearing our cache, trying every browser and restarting our computers with no success.
